Kicks

Wednesday evening-
After work I watched a show and did a few things on the computer. Then waited for Spencer to get home and I went to get us some Arby's sandwiches with the coupon we had. Yummy! Then he worked on a lot of homework while we watched some Eureka episodes. Then I watched some saved by the bell while eating yummy ice cream before bed.

Thursday-
This morning I got to sleep in, except for when I woke up at 6:30 STARVING so I shoveled some food in my mouth and went back to bed. I had some interesting dreams, but at this moment I’ve forgotten what they were. This morning I ate some breakfast while watching some Hulu shows and movie trailers while getting ready.
The weather says no snow for awhile so I’m pretty excited. The only down side is that now everything is wet and slushy so you have to watch your step. Also since there is no snow on the top of my car I can now see weird poop droppings. I’m not even sure if its poop but it looks like it but not normal bird poop. It’s gross and I keep meaning to get some paper towels and clean it off.
At work it’s my boss’s birthday, so happy birthday! Now just wondering what to do at work since there isn’t much going on.
After work…. I have no plans, maybe clean the floors a little or something.

Pregnancy-
I’m starting to get pretty moody mostly to my sweet husband… sorry Spencer! I sometimes feel HUGE, I know I’m not and I’m not saying I’m fat I just feel big. Like there is no way my belly could get any bigger without ripping my skin! But I know it will find a way. Then mostly towards the evening I sure feel like my intestines are squished up in my ribcage. Isaac moves a lot more during a day than usual, well yesterday anyways. He moved a little in the morning, and then around 1, 4, 6, 9 & 10 so that was pretty cool.

Countdown-

4 days until my photography class starts
39 days until our birthing classes start
44 days until the Salt Lake City baby shower
93 days until the Tooele baby shower
121 days until Squirt’s due date!

nap time

Tuesday evening-
After work I watched some shows then did the dishes. Then used my Bluetooth speaker and danced and sang to music. It was a nice little workout and was just fun to move around a little bit. Now my body was a little sore after but I need more of those little dance parties. Isaac probably had no idea what was going on, me singing and moving around all crazy but I had fun. Lol
I then watched Napoleon Dynamite… haha it’s stupid but it’s been awhile and it makes me laugh! Then it was past bedtime.

Wednesday-
This morning I got out of bed and got ready for my jaw appointment. The roads weren’t too bad but hard to get traction at times on the slushy snow. I got a cool new bright yellow case for the new jaw splint. And found out my next appointment won’t cost money either, score! Then I called the old insurance to see if they needed me to resend them some claims to hopefully get money back for this jaw situation. They still needed two more so I will mail those to them soon. Then I watched some shows on Hulu and waited to head to work. At work we are putting a few things into folders and having CafĂ© Rio for my boss’s birthday for lunch. I just wish I wasn’t always a picky eater; it would make being pregnant easier food wise. It seems like that’s about all that’s going down at work, thankfully it’s finally halfway through the week.
There are a few more movies coming out that are added to my list, so I’m pretty excited! For my birthday I probably wouldn’t mind also getting a gift card to a movie theater, might be helpful! Lol
After work hopefully the roads will be okay to drive in and then I just plan to stay home and watch some shows, maybe clean up the floors a little bit.

Pregnancy-
I am ready for a nap of some kind…. I do feel I am hungry more, which makes sense 1 cuz in general I just don’t eat a lot of filler foods just things like jell o and applesauce in between things. So I need to start thinking of more things to eat

Countdown-

5 days until my photography class starts
40 days until our birthing classes start
45 days until the Salt Lake City baby shower
94 days until the Tooele baby shower
122 days until Squirt’s due date!

11.66

Monday evening-
Suki is having a baby girl, exciting. I had my yearly review… ALL good things, I love knowing that I’m doing things right and that people love having me work here. So I have now been bumped up from 11.33 to 11.66 an hour! =]
That always is a relief to hear good news on a review! After work I headed home and organized the house a little and watched The boy in the striped pajamas. I never wanted to watch the movie because I knew it would be sad but it was on Netflix and I said why not. It wasn’t too bad, there were sad parts but then they did this huge twist at the end and it was terribly sad! They were just 8 year old boys and they had no idea what they were getting themselves into and the one just wanted to help out his friend. Ahhhh but it was written very well but so much sadness. Then we got to watch another Eureka episode! =]

Tuesday-
I had an OBGYN appointment today and that went pretty well and fast. They get you in; you hear the heartbeat (140bpm), measure my uterus and tell me some facts or answer any questions. He told me I should start to feel him more and then more regular and I said I actually already feel him kick all the time. Lol Then we talked about my glucose test next appointment so I got the “yummy” drink for that appointment.
Afterwards I went home and watched some Forensic episode and read some of my books. Next headed back out into the snow… sigh. I’m just eating cookies at work and sadly looking out at the snow.
After work I will be doing the dishes and relaxing for a little bit. I get TWO packages on Wednesday in the mail, I’m super excited!!

Pregnancy-
Had a great OBGYN appointment, one more down and a few more to go. All is looking good, and once again I’m very proud of my baby!

Countdown-

6 days until my photography class starts
41 days until our birthing classes start
46 days until the slc baby shower (we will post an event later in February and invite people)
123 days until Squirt’s due date!

22 weeks- papaya/spaghetti squash

Friday evening-
We received the last Eureka Season on DVD in the mail so we mainly watched Eureka most of the evening. I might have done the dishes as well but I can’t remember. I’m so sad Eureka is over =[

Saturday-
Week 22 for pregnancy this day! It was a foggy morning but we got ready and drove to the Draper temple to see Daniel & Kristen get married! It was a beautiful sealing and I almost cried. Then we all headed over to one of their family friend’s place to have some lunch and celebrate for a little while. Afterwards we congratulated them and headed home. I then went to Wal-Mart to get some needed groceries and then headed home. Then we hurried and ate some food and then headed to Cedar Hills to play some games with my friend Sharon & her husband. They have a cute little boy that had fun playing with us. Then we talked and played a few games and had some great snacks. We plan to maybe do this once a month and take turns at each other’s place. Then Spencer and I headed home to get ready for bed.

Sunday-
Spencer and I woke up and headed to church, it was BEAUTIFUL outside. The sun was out a little bit and you could see the blue sky and puffy clouds. It always was cold but not freezing cold. In nursery we had 5 kids and half way through had 4. Apparently there are 11 on our list but half of them none of us even know. So it’s been a pretty quite small class recently. I can’t remember all the little things but some nursery age kids say the funniest things sometimes. Afterwards I FINALLY got set apart as a nursery worker lol
Then we headed out of the building and it was raining/snowing. We hurried home and ate some lunch before heading to Jessica’s to do some laundry. We watched The Muppets (the new one) and I fell asleep through part of it because I was just exhausted of course. Then we had some yummy spaghetti dinner and then watched part of the treasure map muppet movie. By the time it was time for us to go there was LOTS of snow on the ground so Spencer had to shovel a pathway out to the road. We almost got stuck but we made it just barely. The roads were kind of slippery so we drove slowly on the way home. Once we got home we got stuck getting into our driveway area and all our neighbors were on the front porch so they came down and we let the one guy drive our car back to our spot. Apparently we had just missed a like 4 or 5 car accidents on our hill so they had all been out there watching and signing paper work of what happened. Basically I guess this plow got stuck or was sliding and one car tried to miss them but hit them which hit another car and another….
So I am very thankful we missed the accident and glad they were there to help us in our spot which was a little difficult. Lol
But it was cool to all hang out and watch as the guys got our car in its spot, they felt like friends in a way. I still haven’t told any of them I’m pregnant because we rarely see them now and I don’t want to just blurt it out. I was about to then but it never seemed like a thing to just blurt out randomly. So darn it! But we are planning to make them some cookies or treats to thank them. =]
Then Spencer and I stayed inside and watched some more Eureka episodes while staying in from the cold.

Monday-
We got a lot of snow last night that’s for sure! I woke up this morning and slowly got ready thinking I had an OBGYN appointment but I wrote it wrong on my calendar but oh well. Our landlord came and actually salted and shoveled our sidewalks, thank heavens! Then I watched some Saved by the Bell and ate some snacks before heading off to work. I should have taken a nap but I didn’t so I am going to be a little sleepy today.
The drive to work wasn’t too bad there were some roads I saw (but didn’t drive on) that weren’t plowed very well and some cars stuck but for the most part it was pretty good. I got to work and every parking spot was full except one that hadn’t been plowed and I didn’t want to park there because I know I would have gotten stuck. So I stopped for a second and thought of what to do. And this one guy I’m not sure his name and he doesn’t know me really either but he knows I usually park in the back most days (cuz all the spots are usually taken) and he parks there too. So he started to back out of his plowed spot and parked in the unplowed spot so I could have his spot. Now this pregnant woman almost cried cuz that was really sweet of him and he defiantly didn’t have to do that for me. But when I got out I thanked him.
Today apparently our senior staff is going skiing, which is so lame but they can do what they want. We did get a cool backpack and wifi Bluetooth speaker thing from when they had the convention. =]
Also today is my 2nd yearly review at work to see about getting a raise or not. I get excited for these and I also dread them…. The very first one I ever had was a BAD review (which wasn’t my entire fault) but it’s kind of scarred me of reviews even though the last one was good. I have a feeling this one will be good too but I still worry.
Besides that it seems kind of quite at work today so I’m not sure exactly how I will be passing the time just yet.
On a side note stamps are now 46 cents, ridiculous!
My friend Suki finds out if she is having a girl or boy today at 4, I’m SUPER excited!!

Pregnancy-
Week 22 Isaac is the size of a papaya or spaghetti squash. I did think my OBGYN appointment was today but got there and it’s actually tomorrow… blah oh well.

Here is the cool bluetooth wireless speaker

And the huge backpack! =]

Countdown-

7 days until my photography class starts
42 days until our birthing classes start
47 days until the slc baby shower (we will post an event later in February and invite people)

Star

Thursday evening-
After work I waited for Spencer to get home from classes and we ate hamburgers! =] We watched the rest of Good Luck Charlie episodes. The last one of season 3 made me cry =[ it was just very sad. I’ve been doing better at writing in my journal every night instead of going back to update 3 days later. Not a whole bunch to report really.

Friday-
This morning I slept in until 9 because I could and didn’t need to get up. Then I read some of January’s Ensign and decided to get a donut this morning. A fairly decent morning and SO grateful its Friday! I did have a weird dream last night. That Isaac was born pretty early but everything was fine, he was super adorable. And we had all gone on vacation as a family with my family to see random people. And Isaac was such a quite baby, he never cried and so I never knew when he was hungry so I had to time it myself on when to feed him. But he was a handsome baby and I was very proud to be his mom.
Anyways not too bad of a morning, at work it’s a little dead but that’s to be expected for a Friday. I’ve decided I need a note pad with me ALL the time so I can write down things I randomly remember I need to purchase or do and write down when I need things by so I won’t forget anything.
After work I don’t really have any plans except preparing a nursery lesson.
Saturday is Kristen & Daniel’s wedding =] and then in the evening we will be going to play games with my friend Sharon and her husband
Sunday just another typical Sunday, hopefully I will finally be getting set apart for the nursery calling.

Pregnancy-
Nothing new to report.

Car Icicle

Wednesday evening-
After work I watched a few Good Luck Charlie episodes and finished up a movie. When Spencer got home I did the dishes and was just tired. My back just aches now so I either have to sit up away from leaning against the back of the couch or stand so that’s annoying. I did a few little exercises to kind of stretch my back out and got a little massage but hopefully it will get a little better or be a different kind of hurt.
I did buy an amazing cloth diaper deal online so we will be up to about 17 diapers which is pretty good but I would still like more on hand so I don’t have to wash them every other day and just more brands. I will have two brands but having a variety will let you see which brands you like better because some babies fit different in each style. But I’m pretty happy and feel better having more and hopefully we will have more by the time Isaac gets here.

Thursday-
I didn’t sleep very well last night it’s a mixture of being hungry, backaches, and not falling asleep for awhile after I’ve gotten up to go to the bathroom.
Once I got up I watched a few Good Luck Charlie episodes and took my time getting ready for the day, should have taken a nap.
I heard it was freezing rain outside but luckily it wasn’t bad for me compared to this morning. I walked out to the car looking like a BIG icicle so that was cool, should have taken a picture though. So it took me awhile to scrap off ALL the ice. It was icy in our driveway but the roads were mainly just wet and slushy for me. On the plus side our windows on the car are now all clean! Ta da =]
At work there is nothing going on as usual in the winter months so I need to keep myself busy. After work I’m thinking we will have hamburgers for dinner and other than that I have no other plans.

Pregnancy-
I’m starting not to sleep so well but it’s a mixture of I just can’t fall asleep right away if I get up to use the bathroom, and then I’m hungry, and sometimes my back hurts. So I’m going to start getting use to less sleep. Isaac was moving SO much last night while I was lying in bed. I’m starting to feel like a punching bag. But it was such a BIG movement sometimes I just kept saying woah! So he is more active at night which doesn’t surprise me but it’s not like my day’s are that much different then sleeping except that I’m sitting up instead of lying down.
We are slowly growing our cloth diaper collection and I learn new things everyday! I almost feel like a cloth diaper pro now.
As each day gets closer and closer to Isaac’s due date I get more and more nervous about all the things we don’t have yet. So I’m very excited to have a baby shower, but it’s still far away so I’m still freaking out here and there. But I DO still have time so now big rush. It will just be nice to have things in order but in reality since we won’t have a room for Isaac until he is born I might never feel fully prepared. lol

Countdown-

11 days until my photography class starts
46 days until our birthing classes start
51 days until the slc baby shower (we will post an event later in February and invite people)
128 days until Squirt’s due date!

Home Improvement (TV)

Tuesday evening-
After work I watched some shows and waited for Spencer to get home. Then we watched some Home Improvement episodes, good times! Then we played Rumikub for a little while. Then had my normal bowl of ice cream before bed. Our lives are pretty exciting right now can’t you tell. Lol
Spencer did give me a blessing, I like to get one every once in awhile as comfort. So there are a few things I will be planning to work on especially incorporating the gospel more in my everyday routine. I’m kind of bad at forgetting to do that but want it to be in my life more especially for our children’s sake.

Wednesday-
This morning I got out of bed and watched some Good Luck Charlie, Netflix FINALLY put up the 3rd Season. And I slowly took my time getting ready for the day.
Today I’ve been a little frustrated over some little things. But I’ve messaged 4 people on Facebook (more than that but these specific ones) and some it’s been almost a month since they have replied and others it’s been a week or so. And the thing is I know they’ve been on Facebook so either they aren’t replying to me which is kind of important that they do OR for some reason Facebook isn’t showing them my messages. But I’m getting pretty annoyed by it all. It’s just common courtesy to reply back to someone.
But anyways I got ready for the day and headed to work and nothing is really happening. Pretty Little Liars was new last night so I plan on watching that today and not doing baby research because I think I need to take a break.
After work I’m going to do the dishes…. And that’s about it.

Pregnancy-
Nothing new to report except my struggle to want to buy things but to just be patient and wait.

Countdown-

12 days until my photography class starts
47 days until our birthing classes start
52 days until the slc baby shower (we will post an event later in February and invite people)

36 inches

Monday evening-
When I came home Spencer had cleaned the house and it smelled great! (Not that he smelled bad before it just smelled clean and refreshing). He even cleaned out ALL the hair from my hairbrush which I’ve been trying to do forever! What a husband I have lol
We went to the store to get some light bulbs and now our bathroom and kitchen are BRIGHT. Then we had chipped beef for dinner and watched some Dirty Job episodes. In my head I was thinking we should play a game but I don’t think we ever played a game. The Salt Lake Baby Shower is now May 16th, and for sure that will be the date. We will do a facebook invite later on.

Tuesday-
This morning I slowly got up. I didn’t sleep really well cuz I was just cold for some reason even though I had 5 or so blankets on… weird. I think I have an ear infection in my right ear but I’m not sure… I might have to get that checked out because it hurts if I touch it. Then I watched Elf while I did a few things on my computer. I then got ready for the day. At work just trying to keep busy like normal. In a way I would like to stay working part time once I have Isaac but this job isn’t worth it time wise, money wise it would be nice but I don’t do anything productive enough for it to be worth missing time for Isaac. I plan to type up a few things here and there and then no plans after work.

Pregnancy-
I have decided I would like to measure my belly once a week to see how much I really am growing. I measured from the biggest part of my belly to around my back and I am 36 inches. Today I’ve had moments of is my baby okay is he growing alright. He moves so I know he is alive that gives me a little happiness but I really try not to stress or worry too much. But I’ve been looking up cool things I want to do when he gets here. I just hope I remember it all lol and I know the saying you do all this for one child and then forget to or don’t have time for the others but I’m going to try to remember for all of them. lol

48 days until our birthing classes start
53 days until the slc baby shower (we will post an event later in February and invite people)

21 weeks- Carrot

Thursday evening-
After work I went to Acacia’s to borrow some movies to watch at work and later on. We sat and talked for a little while which was nice. Once I got home Spencer was doing the dishes and that was pretty much all that happened except maybe watching a show here or there.

Friday-
So I realized once I got home that I didn’t blog on Friday, which is funny since I was at work ALL day I just kind of spaced it. At work I watched 2 ½ movies on the computer and we had pizza and soda. It was a pretty great day. The interesting thing was by 4pm everyone was pretty much gone but me and the HR manager and it was pretty dead. So I’m at a loss for why she still had me stay until 445. At least I got to leave a little earlier but still. I got home and I received the cloth diapers in the mail!!!! I was super excited so I looked them over and tried them on my stuffed animal’s lol
I didn’t write in my journal but I’m pretty sure we just watched a movie on DVD.

Saturday-
We slept in a little which was way nice! Week 21 already! Then around 1130 we headed to Red Robin for lunch to celebrate our 19 month anniversary. It was yummy and delicious as always! Then we came home and finished up a few things and played a game. At 2 Spencer went with Andrew to hang out for a little while. At 215 I headed to Myotherapy where my friend Sarah had to do a prenatal massage for her schooling. There were 5 of us pregnant women in a room and some teachers around giving tips and hints to the students. It was pretty quite though and relaxing. I never fell asleep but it was nice to help a friend and get a free massage. On a random note walking into the door I saw a head of a duck… random and poor duck!
Afterwards I headed home and read my book for a little bit while waiting for Channelle. We headed out to Tooele so Channelle and I could talk about Baby shower ideas and so she could meet my dad finally. I did my laundry and we ate yummy enchiladas from my mom and yummy cherry cobbler. Then we all sat and talked about some random things. I learned some interesting things about a few houses in Tooele.
We came up with the salt lake city baby shower will be March 23rd and the one in Tooele will be May 4th and no worries we will get events up but a little later on. I’m just super excited because it will be nice to just see a few friends who I haven’t for awhile and hang out with people.
Then we got wonderful leftovers from my mom and Channelle and I had a nice drive back home.

Sunday-
Spencer got a calling this morning but nothing too crazy just making some calls for the elder’s quorum (not sure the name of the calling). Sacrament was pretty nice today nothing too crazy really. Then I headed to nursery, we had about 6 kids but 2 were visitors so on average I’m thinking we will have maybe 5 kids in nursery and we have like 6 teachers so I’m thinking the teacher situation might change because we don’t need that many. I love nursery but I STILL haven’t been set apart and it is just wearing me out that if they wanted to take me out again I wouldn’t mind. But great kids and I love them to pieces and enjoy playing with them but it just makes me want to go home after church and curl up in a ball and take a long nap. After church I pretty much ate lunch and then fell asleep on the floor in front of the heater. Spencer and I finished Snow White & the huntsman… I don’t really like it. There was nothing super happy about it and just too much violence I think. Then I watched my belly move around here and there and Spencer went to see Daniel & Andrew. I messed around on the computer a little bit and watched seven pounds, I like it better than the first time I watched it but still so sad. Then Spencer did the dishes and then we played Phase 10 and relaxed for the evening.

Monday-
Spencer get’s the day off work for Martin Luther King Day…. Lucky! I wish we got the day off but I don’t at least it’s my normal work schedule. So we got up around 8 and kind of lay around and watched Netflix then I slowly got ready for the day. At work…. Not much is happening at least there are more people here today, thank heavens! So I’m going to just watch some shows I’ve missed and do a few things here and there. After work there isn’t much planned for the evening.

Pregnancy-
Week 21 Squirt is the size of a carrot. Saturday I was just kind of lying on the floor and watching my belly cuz I could feel him move around. Then bam I saw my belly move, totally cool! Then Sunday I was seeing my belly move on and off but Spencer wasn’t seeing it. So when we were lying in bed I said just put your hand on my belly for a little bit because maybe you will feel him kick. And right as he put his hand on my belly I felt Isaac kick (or punch) 3 times in a row where his hand was. And I go did you feel that and he goes yeah. I asked him what it felt like and he goes like a little bump or poke. So it was very small but either way he felt it and I think that’s cool! Not positive what he thought about but I think he thought it was cool too. We are hitting milestones!

These were a few pictures my sister took of Jade & I after her blessing

Cute little chubby face

Look how CUTE they look!!

aw and I did such a good job! =]

Comfy Shoes

Wednesday evening-
After work I read a lot of my book and then watched some Fairly Oddparents, and kind of fell asleep a little bit. Then Spencer came home and we watched some Dirty Jobs and had another relaxing evening. Nothing too exciting on these past couple of long days.

Thursday-
Another early morning, yay! I’m just not a morning person but if I have to get up I get up. Then I got ready and headed off to another quite day at work. Nothing too exciting, I do get a free lunch today so that’s exciting! And it’s been kind of slow so I’ve just been looking around at a few things. 1. I’ve found a hospital gown pattern that I’m going to be making because I want a gown that fits me and I don’t feel I am falling out of. 2. I found some baby patterns for a vest and pants to sew for Isaac for his baby blessing
Now if only I can actually do these things like I want to =]
It will give me some kind of project to be doing besides working here and there. Also finished the 4th traveling pants book… I was super upset because my favorite character dies but she had a baby and it all ended very well I think. But I still think she shouldn’t have died. Now just watching some of my shows and kicking back and relaxing.
After work I plan on stopping my Acacia’s for a little bit and then doing some dishes at home.

These have been my favorite shoes since being pregnant in winter.
1. they are warm and comfy
2. they are slip ons
3. the only down side is if it snows a lot they aren't good in snow/puddles

Pregnancy-
Nothing new today

Drake & Josh (tv)

Tuesday evening-
After work I stopped by the grocery store to get a few more items and just took my time walking through each aisle. Once I got home I put everything away and made some dinner. Then I was going to do some karaoke type songs on the play station and Spencer wasn’t going to be home for another hour but then he came walking in the door. I’m glad he was home early but it just seems like every day he never comes home when he should be getting home. So it takes me by surprise every time so then I don’t end up doing what I plan on doing when he is gone. His classes have been way messed up lately I feel, I mean great for him but it’s throwing me off, I like routine. So we ate some food and watched the rest of Drake & josh, so sad it’s over. That show always made me laugh! =] Then slowly got ready for bed.

Wednesday-
This morning was a bright and early morning. It took me forever to fall asleep when I woke up around 3 so I just slept in and didn’t shower. I know gross but sometimes I just don’t feel like it. It’s a long day at work today. It was pretty quite but recently I’ve gotten more and more phone calls. Some people call you like 3 times in 4 minutes until someone answers the phone, either call once every 10 minutes or leave a message, I’m only ONE person! And even more so now that pretty much everyone is gone at the convention but me and like 10 other people. But it will die down after today I’m sure as it gets closer to the weekend. And sadly we don’t get Monday off for the holiday which is a bummer but I guess well for my paycheck. The day has been pretty good I did get one semi frustrated person on the phone. He needed to talk to one of the guys that worked here and I said sorry but he is in Arizona at a convention until Monday. I said I can transfer you to his cell phone and you can leave him a message if he doesn’t answer. He said okay but then he called back and said the phone line cut off. And I said I can transfer you back and he goes well it’s really important and I need to talk to him or someone else that is there with him. And I said sorry but he is at the convention and I’m not sure how their schedules are, the best I can do for you is transfer you to his cell phone and you can leave a message so he knows you need him to call you back. And he goes okay well thanks for you help and hangs up. I told him that I was sorry but that’s all I could do for him because that’s all I was given and there isn’t much I can do when he is in another state. So whatever he will get over it. I personally think I handled it the best I could for what I was given.
Other than watching some shows and reading my book I’ve been kind of bored. After work I plan to just do some dishes and hang out, nothing too exciting.

Pregnancy-
I realized when I’m hungry is usually when Isaac seems to kick me, maybe as a way to say okay mom it’s time to eat. But I’m not sure just yet. He did squirm around 330am this morning so that was hard to get back to sleep.

Countdown-

19 days until my photography class starts

Buttoning pants

Monday evening-
Yesterday after work my doors were almost all frozen shut so it was fun to have to crawl over the seats to get to the drivers seat with a pregnant belly. This car is always an adventure but once I got home I kicked super hard on the door and it popped open. I don’t mind this cold just because I’m inside most of the time but it’s doing a number on my car and that is upsetting me because it makes everything more difficult than it should be. After work I hurried and grabbed the laundry and headed over to the laundry mat to meet up with Channelle. She brought her friend/roommate Heather and ended up not bringing laundry because she didn’t need to anymore. So basically it was just me doing laundry but it was nice to have the company. We talked about ALL sorts of things. 1. When to plan the baby shower 2. Roommate issues 3. Old friends 4. A road trip to Tooele sometime because Channelle still hasn’t been there or met my dad. Anyways just some good times and got my laundry done! Then went home and did the dishes and Spencer put the clothes away. And we watched a few TV shows and were ready for bed by like 930.

Tuesday-
I got up at 630 for my jaw appointment at 7am. So apparently after paying 1900 that only covers like 5 appointments and your jaw splint. And a so called recall appointment means an additional cost. So I got a letter in the mail saying it was time for my recall appointment. And in all the paper work we got it says those will contain additional costs but they never remind you that (keep in mind there are 6 months in between these appointments). So my last appointment they said they would call to schedule my next appointment in 6 months. I never call a phone call, I got a letter in the mail and both things never reminded me that this would be an additional cost. But they say if you have a jaw splint it’s important to come to these appointments but if it’s going to cost me more than I’m not going to come to anymore. So I had to pay 85 dollars for this appointment, on a plus side though my doctor said he didn’t like my jaw splint so they are making me a new one free of charge (which they cost 1300) so that’s kind of nice but I’m going to stop wearing it after awhile because I can’t afford these appointments. I am going to write them a letter just saying I know you say and cover your butt in your LONG paper work you give us at the beginning but you should remind your patients about the fee (not those exact words). So I was pretty upset about that because what if I didn’t have money at that time. Anyways so I got home from that and read some of my book and watched a few little video clips and then later decided I had time for a nap and it was fabulous because I usually don’t get a nap. Then I headed off to work. With the convention tomorrow there will be 10 of us left here at work and ALL the distributors and dealers will be going to the convention too. So the only phone calls we will probably get besides wrong numbers will be customers who want to purchase a floor which we don’t get lots of those so we are planning on maybe to ordering pizza at work and just chilling and just hoping I don’t get bored out of my mind. And maybe hopefully we get a bonus for having to stick around here in the emptiness of it all.
After work I don’t have any plans except to keep warm inside.

Pregnancy-
I’m starting to struggle buttoning up my pants but I have things to fix that once I can’t do it anymore. Then just excited to go to Sweet Pea sometime to shop for Mr. Isaac!

20 weeks- HALFWAY (Banana/Cantalope

Friday evening-
At around 1pm Spencer got to leave work because it was just snowing and snowing but we were stuck at work until 5 like any other day. When I left the roads were bad but not as much as the day before. We made tacos for dinner and watched some Netflix shows. Then we read our evening books and got ready for bed.

Saturday-
We had a pretty nice relaxing morning. I slowly got ready for a primary meeting and headed out in the snow covered ground to the church. I met a few new people and we watched part of a movie called “I am a Child of God”. My favorite thing I learned from that movie is that even though a kid knows a word doesn’t mean they know what it is or what it means. For example: You tell your kid don’t go to the corner of the street because it’s a very busy road and you don’t want him to get hurt. But the next day you see him running towards the corner so you run after him and tell him I told you not to go to the corner! And then he goes “Mom what’s a corner?” BAM hit me right in the heart, because you just don’t always realize you have to explain a lot of words and meanings. So I hope to always remember that and do that with Isaac.
Afterwards Spencer and I cleaned up the house a little bit here and there and were out of some cleaning products. I went to play my Bop it and realized that I’m back at the beginning and have to unlock the levels ALL over again! How that happened I’m not sure but I’m super upset about it. The instructions said that it only restarts over again when the batteries die and the batteries weren’t dead. UGH so I was really angry about that. We got 2 boxes in the mail from my sister in law Erin and inside were baby clothes, changing pad, floor mat/cart cover, floor mat, blankets, nursing cover, infant sleeping wedge, baby towel, bathrobe, milk storage bottles, and presents! She is the sweetest; it was the best gift in the mail!
Other then that we had a relaxing evening and played a few games.

Sunday-
“The more important your picture is to paint, the deeper the struggle to touch your brush to the canvas.” I just thought that was beautiful, I saw it on Debby Ryan’s page but not sure who it’s by. Spencer and I had to wake up early this morning to get ready to go to Tremonton. We were both a little silly while we were getting ready since we were still tired. We went up to Tremonton for Jade’s baby blessing. Since I’m not sick anymore I got to hold her and she sure is getting bigger. She looked adorable in her white dress and cute purple socks. We headed over to their ward for sacrament meeting. Afterwards we went to Rick’s sisters house (Lisa) and had some sandwiches for lunch. She has a pretty nice house and it was fun to see Jerimiah and Landon playing with Landon’s car’s and trucks. Mostly we just kind of sat around and some people talked about things here and there. There are a few things I wanted to say but never did because I don’t like to get into arguments over conversations like these so I just don’t say anything but this is my blog so weather these people read it or not these are just my opinions and you can do and believe whatever you want.
1. The subject of the guns at schools was brought up. My opinion is that if they have a guard of some kind for the school and maybe have a gun in the MAIN office or a person always guarding the school who knows how to use a gun and protect people then that’s good enough.
2. I think that no matter who our president may be weather he is a good president or not our children should know who the president is. He is our President none the less, and I may not like everything he does but he is the person that our children will be learning about in school or from there friends. So I feel its better they learn from us then hear something bad later on from someone else. Once again just my opinion
3. I know I’ve never been on a mission but when I hear stories about someone’s missions I’d prefer to hear the spiritual stories than other stories just because that’s why you go on a mission among a lot of other things. Once again just my opinion because I’ve never been on a mission
I wasn’t going to say anything but then I decided one it’s my blog,  two it’s just my opinion and three I am not saying anything mean about anyone.
Later we headed back home to Salt Lake City and most of us napped in the car for a little bit. Then Spencer and I finished Eureka… sad and headed to bed for the night.

Monday-
This morning I watched the 2nd sisterhood of the traveling pants movie, Tibby is my favorite character and the actress that plays here is great sadly she isn’t in a lot of movies or TV shows. My friend Kaylee told me the author to the books wrote another book about the characters 10 years later, so I bought it and I’m super excited to read it! Other than that we are running low on a few food items so I headed to the groceries for a few things. Before I left the house I went to throw the garbage in our big dumpster. The top had LOTS of ice/snow on it so it was SUPER heavy to open and then throw garbage into but I managed, next time I will leave it for Spencer to do. At the store I forgot Spencer’s pin so I had to have the lady hold my groceries to wait to get the pin and then decided to just use my card instead. It was an adventure of a morning that’s for sure. At work it’s going to be a slow week because there are LOTS of people leaving for one of our conventions and Wednesday to Friday I will be working full days but glad to get the money.
After work Channelle and I are going to do laundry together at a laundry mat lol We wanted to hang out but we both needed to do laundry so we decided to have a laundry party. I’m pretty excited!

Pregnancy-
20 weeks, we are officially half way through this pregnancy. Go us! Isaac is the size of a banana or small cantaloupe. The newest thing to report is that this morning I was lying in bed and I definitely felt kicks! They weren’t hard enough to be felt through the skin but I know for sure there is a baby in there because it’s not just little squirm’s here and there. He still doesn’t kick all the time but they are harder then before so when I feel it I don’t like to move or else he might stop lol

Cute baby Jade in her blessing outfit

Cloth Diaper Research

Thursday evening-
After work the roads were COVERED in snow and nothing was plowed. So I slowly made my way to Trio for dinner. I had yummy pasta that I always get there. I kind of waited for the traffic to calm down a little bit before driving back home. Then I did not leave the house again lol
We watched some movies and ate and started reading The Birth Partner book together. Then I brought up some feelings I’ve wanted to express but kept to myself because that’s just how I’ve always done it. I felt better once it was out and he didn’t know that I felt that way so he plans to not let it happen again. So it’s good I made myself say something. Then we watched a few more shows before heading to bed for the night.

Friday-
I LOVE the fact that I have friends that are having their first baby as a boy around the same time as me because we can share our fears with each other. I am totally happy and excited to have a baby boy but I am always terrified. Now I know everyone says boys are super easy and chill to raise but I’m still going to worry and have fears. There are so many things I could list that I’m worried about. A lot is further in the future but I’m becoming a mom so I’m thinking of everything from now until 2033!
I want to list all the things hear but I feel if I do I will have a lot of people saying things I don’t want to hear so I will just keep them to myself for now.
Anyways this morning I woke up and watched Runaway bride while getting ready. Then went outside to a winter wonderland. It took me 10 minutes to clean off the car, and SCRAP the windows… we need new wiper blades I’m sure. I tell you what when my belly gets bigger its going to be super hard to brush off the car. The drive to work wasn’t too bad though. I do feel bad for cars that have to park on the side of the road cuz they were COVERED all over. Wishing it was a snow day but I plan to just do cloth diaper research all day at work! I know what I want to a point but I just want to do more research and really focus on it.
After work hopefully it will be safe to drive home then I will stay indoors and watch movies and play games or something.
Saturday there is a primary meeting
Sunday is Jade’s baby blessing

Pregnancy-
Tomorrow I will be half way through my pregnancy; it’s kind of scary and exciting at the same time. So now I’ve been cracking down on things I want to get done as soon as possible.

6 pounds

Wednesday evening-
After work I made some dinner and watched some of my TV shows. Spencer came home early again because his one teacher for his Monday, Wednesday night class is really sick and no one knows what’s wrong. So on Mondays he will have a longer class and just have a sub and no class on Wednesday’s until the teacher is better again. I bought a few cloth diapers online a week or so ago, and I can’t wait to get them and make sure I know what I am doing. I’m also really excited for baby shower’s that hopefully will be happening like I planned. But not until late March or April will they probably happen but my registry is pretty much already done, it’s at Target but maybe I should register at one other place too…. Anyways so Spencer did the dishes for me, yay! And then we played the game Sorry, and I won! Then he headed to bed before me.

Thursday-
I slept in again until 9am but I should probably start going to bed around 1030 again and waking up at 8am. It really is better for me I just am never really tired at night. I watched One for the money on Netflix, pretty funny movie. Then I got ready for work, it’s a pretty nice day out compared to some of our past cold days. But over the weekend and Monday it is supposed to get the lowest of like 0 degrees… brr!
At work I really am going to mainly read today, I am forcing myself to do so besides watching one show, Nashville, which I’ve been DYING for to come back on. But other than that just another plain old day at work. After work if I’m feeling good I plan to clean the floors cuz they really need it and I have the time.

Pregnancy-
Before I got pregnant I weighed about 118 between losing and gaining during pregnancy I’m up to about 124, which apparently is still low on the weigh gain. But I’m eating so there isn’t much else I can do about that.

Shockers

Tuesday evening-
When I got home I registered for a photography college class I will be taking in February, and I’m really excited. I just hope I can focus and really learn things to apply to my photography job. I just hope it all works out and goes well. Classes start February 4th and are every Monday for a month.
After I signed up for the class I watched some TV shows and ate some dinner while I waited for Spencer to come home. We watched a few shows and he massaged my calves a little. I went to bed around 11 which has been happening a lot lately, I’m just never super tired or maybe I just never want to go to bed. But when I do lay down on my back for a few before rolling over to go to sleep I can feel Squirt squirm a little here and there so that’s always a nice ending to my day.

Wednesday-
This morning I slept until about 9, lately I’ve been going to be around 11 so I give myself another hour to sleep in the morning. And when I don’t wake up starving it makes it even better! So I watched some Nickelodeon Cartoons on Netflix while I got ready for the day. Squirt and I are going to get along so well, well if he likes watching cartoons with me among other things. I bought some Shockers from the store today because I just haven’t had them in awhile and they sounded good. Then I headed out to work and surprise another not super exciting day. So my plan is to read my books and get caught up there.
Spencer has class until 630 again tonight so I will probably just relax and clean up here and there.

Pregnancy-
My calves are tight… apparently that’s kind of a pregnancy thing. And it’s annoying. I try to stretch them once in awhile but it doesn’t do a whole bunch. The worst is when I get in the car and have to use my one leg for the clutch cuz that pulls the muscle. It just feels like balls of knots not really leg cramps.

Name picked!

Monday evening-
Spencer and I decided on a name Isaac Charles Peacock =] It kind of rolls of the tongue and for once we both agree pretty well on a name. And I am very excited about what we picked. And I can picture this cute little baby right now with that name. I am so proud of the relationship Spencer and I have and we’ve come closer and it makes me really happy.
We are our own little unit that is sticking together forever!
After work we had a few bumps and bruises and then had an amazing hamburger that I would gladly eat again. Then after a little while I headed out into the cold to go visiting teaching. It was nice to chat with each other and my partner prepared a great lesson and I was touched by it. Then I headed back home to do the dreaded dishes and clean the water bottles. Then I chatted with my good friend Channelle online for a little bit before heading off to bed.

Tuesday-
This morning I slept in because I just felt like I needed it. Then I watched some Eureka and slowly ate breakfast and got dressed. There are a few things here and there at work I want to do but other than that I’m just keeping myself busy and distracted. After work I might go to visit teach one other girl but if not I don’t really have any plans.

Pregnancy-
Nothing to report

19 weeks- Mango/Big Tomato

Friday evening-
After work I went to the store to get some nasal spray and a few other things and realized when I walked to the care that it was a lot cheaper than I had thought. So I checked the receipt and realized the lady didn’t scan it all so I went back inside to her registry and told her and she goes thanks for coming back in. It just felt like the right thing to do and hopefully I will always be an example like that and my kids will notice what’s right and what’s wrong. Spencer did the dishes, yay! And I’ve realized I’ve been doing a few things without realizing I’m doing it so that’s been fun. Other than that we watched some of our Netflix shows on TV.

Saturday-
We got up this morning and Spencer did some cleaning while I got ready for the day. Around noon we went to Pier 49 pizza with Andrew & Maryanne. They had yummy cheesy breadsticks, and there pizza wasn’t too bad but I did not like their dessert pizza. We pretty much sat and talked for a little while then there was an awkward moment that I won’t discuss here. Later we headed out to the Nickel arcade and played some games and won some tickets. I did at one point kind of have a dizzy moment because it was crowded, loud, hot, and I was hungry so I had to sit down and then after a little bit ate a little bit. After we were all done they dropped us off at our house. Then a little while later I headed out to Tooele for my dad to look at my car. He fixed it to where the brake light was off and my mom and I sat and talked for awhile. Then around 7:30 I met up with my friend Megan at Coldstone. YUMMY ice cream and we sat and talked. She will be leaving on a mission and I wanted to see her before she had to leave. On my way home I got pulled over by a cop… the passenger headlight was out. So I only got a warning but it was ridiculous because on my way to Tooele I was thinking about how I should have my dad check my lights and when I got there I totally forgot to ask him about it. Either way the cop probably would have pulled me over because I wouldn’t have gotten it fixed before heading home. But either way I cried on my way home because I hate getting pulled over but once I told myself it wasn’t my fault, I didn’t do anything wrong I calmed down. I’m pregnant so I’m going to cry over some things. When I got home it was time to get ready for bed.

Sunday-
We got to sleep in a little this morning, yay! We had stake conference around 10am so headed out about 930. It was a pretty good stake conference but I will sadly admit to my mind wandering quite a bit. Afterwards we got to our car that was parked on the side of the road to leave. But the side wheels were stuck on the ice, and there was a car parked behind us (if the car had left soon or wasn’t there we could of gotten out easier). But of course that car seemed to not belong to someone that was at our stake conference. So we sat there and waited to see if the car was going to leave for maybe 10 minutes then Spencer came up with a plan so I got in the driver seat and he did this one thing with one of the wheels. And ta da we were unstuck! So we went on our way to Jessica’s to do some laundry. We ended up watching some Eureka and eating some food then were done around 4-430pm and headed home. When we got home I worked on a puzzle for a little bit and we ate some more food. We’ve finally narrowed down and made a list of boy names we both like, but it’s only narrowed down to like 32 names for now. Then Spencer and I played a few card games before heading off to bed.

Monday-
This morning I slowly got out of bed and got ready for the day. Then I headed to Auto Zone to buy the light bulb for my headlight. My dad said that sometimes they have people that will help you change it. So I asked the guy that was helping me and he goes I guess I can. I know it’s not there job so I was just grateful he said yes but he really didn’t seem too thrilled to help me which lowered him to 3 stars. And he got out to my car, and his hand wouldn’t fit and he only needed one wrench thing to make his hand fit but he either didn’t know what he was doing so he said his hand didn’t fit to not look stupid OR he was lazy and didn’t want to help a pregnant woman out. But then he went down to 1 maybe 2 stars for my rating. The other guy there would have probably totally helped me but he was working on someone else’s car. Either way I was just upset on how he handled the issue. Anyways so I called one place that says it would cost 24.50 to replace it for me, which seems pricey. And so Spencer and I thought if we couldn’t find someone at my work or our church that we could figure it out. The only problem is that it wouldn’t get done then until maybe Friday or Saturday because we don’t have a lot of time on week days to do things. I have time in the morning but I didn’t want to have to figure it out by myself. So I get to work and the first person I asked said he could do it, score! I gave him my keys and the light bulb so he can get to it when he has time while I clock in and get to work.
Now at work, it’s another slow, slow day I feel so I will work on narrowing down our baby boy names.
Then after work besides a little grocery shopping and doing the dishes I have some visiting teaching to do. Spencer starts back to school today… thankfully the latest classes he has goes until 6:30 so he doesn’t get home too late!

Pregnancy-
Week 19 Squirt is the size of a mango/ big tomato. Not too much to really report. I’m just super excited and doing pretty good so far.

Proud Mommy

Thursday evening-
After work we found some food to eat and sat down to watch more Eureka shows. Then I headed to my NuMom2b appointment at the U, this time I remembered how to get there. When I got there I gave a urine sample, and it may seem funny but I’m proud of my urine samples now because I drink 4 bottles of water I’m hydrated and the color is right! =] Then they took blood samples which went fast because once again I’m hydrated! Then they asked me some questions and took my blood pressure. Next the exciting ultrasound on the COOL screen, I wished someone had come with me just because it’s a cool experience and it’s not as fun when you are seeing it all by yourself. But I was a really proud mommy because Squirt was doing so good, like he knew he was getting pictures taken of himself. I’m going to post some of my favorite shots because they look SO much better than my other ones. He is 100% a little boy! But the lady was like he is doing so well, we usually have a hard time getting these great shots. And she was like I was talking about how cute your baby was I forgot to measure some things. Lol
Then I headed home and showed Spencer our cute little baby and then we played a few games and hopefully sometime he will make a list and we can work on a real name for baby Squirt. I’m just super excited and now thinking about a few things you need to do or know what you’re going to do before he gets here. I know baby boys but not as a mother to them so I’m going to have to just study a few things just to ease my mind.

Friday-
This morning I got up around 8:30 and ate some breakfast while watching some Eureka before getting ready for work. Besides not being able to breathe well because of this stupid stuffy nose I’m having a fairly good day. I think after work I’m going to go try a nasal spray thing. At work… nothing to really report, maybe do some filing for accounting and REALLY need to read more into my hypnobirthing, I’m doing pretty well but some things I haven’t been able to practice with my stuffy nose so it’s made some things difficult. Other than that I’ve been keeping up pretty good with my 4 bottle of water drinking! =]
We don’t have plans tonight but I think it might be a cleaning night. Sadly Spencer starts back into school on Monday =[

Pregnancy-
I feel like SUCH a proud mommy, my baby boy is doing so well! Besides me getting chubbier and feeling a little more kicks here and there, not too much else has changed. Oh and I also have DRY skin, I never liked having to put on lotion all the time before but oh well

It's a boy!

I wish this was a video because he was just a wiggling his pointer finger by his face... maybe sucking his thumb but not sure. it was just AMAZING to see him move like that

his knee and elbow!

just a nice length wise picture. from the heel of his foot to his head all curled up

look at his CUTE little baby nose!!! It looks so amazing, and i'm just astounding by how i'm growing something that cute inside me! =]

It's a boy!

Wednesday evening-
I was counting down the hours until my appointment!! Once we got there we heard the heartbeat quickly and he measured my uterus. Then we headed downstairs to the ultrasound machine! I was SOO nervous and excited! 1. It was crazy to finally be finding out what we were having 2. I was praying that Squirt was healthy and doing okay
Spencer video taped it but I think it’s too big to put up so I’m going to see if I can shorten it. So the first thing my doctor said was your baby is a mover! Apparently he squirms around and kicks a lot. Squirt’s little bum is all the way at the bottom on the right close to my hip so it was really a hard angle to see the gender & the umbilical cord was in between his legs too but the doctor said he was 90% sure we are having a little baby boy! I will admit I teared up a little; it’s so much more real now! We kind of have a picture of it but it’s hard to see. Then we saw his little nose, his brain, his spine, his hands playing with the umbilical cord (lol), we saw his femur bone, and the 4 chambers of his cute little beating heart. It was beautiful!! He said everything looks really good and he is a mover which is good that means all is well. It is funny though cuz he would say oh there is a kidney or there is his bladder…. And I’m like where??? Cuz it all looks like blobs. Once we left the building we headed over to Wendy’s for dinner and texted family and close friends the news. Then we went to Smith’s and bought our first baby boy outfit! Then came home to post on Facebook all who were waiting patiently!
Then we watched some Eureka and just had a relaxing evening =]

Thursday-
I slept in a little this morning it’s just so hard to sleep sometimes when you have a stuffy nose that makes things complicated. I miss breathing through my nose…
Once I got up I watched a movie on Netflix and made a few phone calls that were on my to-do list. Then I got ready and dropped cupcakes off to Spencer for his work.
Now I’m at work… it’s a pretty cold day outside! Not too much going on but plan to go through and find some names I like and then later show Spencer the list. It will be nice to have an actual name for Squirt now that we know he’s a cute little boy!
We might have cupcakes today at work but if the bakery can’t make them today then we will get them tomorrow then everyone will know at work what I’m having.
After work maybe clean up the house a little bit but other than that we don’t have too much planned besides my NuMom2b appointment which I’m excited about because it means I might see Squirt a little better on there high tech machines and maybe we can get a better “boy” picture. =]

Pregnancy-
Squirt is a baby boy!! Now I know where he is located which makes it easier to feel his little squirms and kicks here and there. Now we are on the hunt to find a name that we agree on and fits him. =]

cute little sleeper outfits!

so it's hard to see but to left is one leg and the middle is the umbilical cord and boy part and the bottom left is part of his leg. if you have the picture in front of you, you can see his cute little bottom lol

His head but it kind of looks weird, we never got a good picture of it but you can kind of see it

18 weeks-Sweet potato/bell pepper

Friday evening-
We ended up closing up work around 3pm which kind of surprised me since I wasn’t expecting it. Once I got home Spencer was doing a lot better! For the most part we just relaxed while we both were recuperating from our sicknesses. We watched Eureka and played Disney Scene it. I had swollen ankles again but I think I only get swollen ankles when I wear socks so I’ve been trying not to do that which isn’t too hard. Then we headed to be around 930.

Saturday-
Week 18! We slept in until 9am! We slowly got ready and then headed over to Smith’s to get a few items for the New Year. Then we headed home and cleaned up the house a little here and there. Then a little later we walked to the closer Smith’s to get some salad and got the games Sorry! Then we played the game and Bop it! Then we watched even more Eureka and I played some games on my phone. We were just kind of lazy butts today. I was considering taking a photography class offered at this one place and it would be like 5 classes for 2 hours or something and only like 65 bucks which isn’t bad since I’m doing photography on the side it would be nice to learn a little more and review.

Sunday-
Spencer and I got up and headed over to church. We had some pretty good speakers and enjoyed the morning. I then headed to nursery where we had about 9 or 10 kids and 6 leaders, I love having a lot of leaders! The kids behaved pretty well for the most part. We just played and did our normal music and lesson. After church I was supposed to get set apart but the 2nd counselor wasn’t there so it didn’t happen for the 3rd time. Spencer and I went home to eat lunch and then cleaned up the house a little. Then around 3 his parents arrived. We got a few treats from Christmas, yay! Then we relaxed and talked for a little while. Then we made Chicken Pot Pie for dinner and some Chocolate pudding pie and talked until that was all ready. After dinner they watched a few of the cartoon movies like The Hobbit. Then Karen dyed my hair (now I did my research and it is okay to dye your hair during pregnancy at certain times and certain ways so don’t tell me I just hurt my baby). So it now is a dark brown and turned out pretty well, I’m very happy with it! Then we all played a game and then headed to bed around 10 or so.

Monday-
In the morning we all got up and ready and headed out to Cabela’s to get a few things and then looked around a few other places. Then we headed to The Garden at the Joseph Smith Building to have lunch. Sadly I barely at my food but it was good and I was just already too full. But we did get some fried pickles, yummy! Then we walked around temple square a little and went to City Creek to show my in-laws around and we got some caramel apples and then went to Desert Books where we got a few books. Afterwards we then headed back to the house where we rented The Kid (Disney movie); I love it and was laughing the whole time besides a few sad parts. Then we watched a few other things here and there. Then we played some games and later we got out some snacks and watched more shows and played more games while we killed the time. We all went to bed around 1030 or 11, we were just exhausted.

Tuesday-
Happy New Year 2013! It didn’t feel any different and of course we didn’t stay up until midnight but it’s nice to have a new year and Spencer and I are pretty excited for a few new things coming up. 1. My work is moving buildings 2. We will have our cute little baby 3. We will move out to Tooele to live with my parents
In the morning the in-laws headed back to California. I was sad to see them live but it was nice that they got to stay with us for a little while. Then Spencer and I kind of were lazy for a little while. Then we got ready and watched some shows until around 2 when Daniel and Kristen came over and we had banana splits! Yummy!! We all talked for a little while then they headed out. Spencer and I then went to Wal-mart & Target to see if we could find any cool puzzles or Lego things to buy to build but no such luck. Then we went to Village Inn for dinner. I’ve never had really bad food from them but their service SUCKS! Our waiter guy came by to drop off my soup, then our food with our receipt, and brought us ranch like we asked but then we NEVER saw him again. And our waters were empty and I was SUPER thirsty so we plan on doing a survey to tell them they need to improve their services. But other than that the food wasn’t bad and eventually we asked someone else to bring us a box and more water. Then we went home and played a few games and mainly relaxed for the rest of the day. We’ve been watching the Eureka TV show on Netflix and we’ve gotten pretty far during the break.

Wednesday-
I’ve been getting up around 4 or 5 HUNGRY so I get an orange, sit in front of the heater than try to go back to bed. This morning my nose just was so stuffy and runny and I could not for the life of me get back to sleep. So right now I’m a little cranky and tired but for the most part I’m okay. I then headed to the laundry mat to do some laundry. I used the scentsy laundry stuff and it smells pretty good but its hard cuz I can’t smell that well today. I have to remember number 19 doesn’t dry very well AT ALL. Then I hurried home and took a shower and straightened my hair and put on make up, I’ve been feeling a lot better to the point where I should get back in the habit of doing something with myself. And I jammed out to some music and got ready for work. Now that I’m at work of course I have a headache coming on… I blame it on work! 4 ¼ more hours until Spencer and I head over to the doctors office to check on my uterus and baby squirt. I really hope everything is okay and that we are able to see if our baby is a girl or boy. Then we will go pick out our first gender outfit for Squirt and tell everyone else! Then I have to do the dishes.

Pregnancy-
Week 18 Squirt is the size of a sweet potato/bell pepper! This also makes my pregnancy at the beginning of 5 months. I feel huge but I’m really not too big. But I sure can feel my skin stretching because it’s not used to going out this big. But I am trying to drink at least 4 bottle waters a day to keep me better hydrated and I’m slowly getting better at it.

Month 5 belly (i should of taken an above picture too)

Happy January 1st 2013

Countdown-

TODAY Squirt’s gender will be revealed!!
150 days until Squirt’s due date!

Review of 2012

January- Our tradition for bringing in the New Year is quite simple just have our favorite treat, and sparkling strawberry cider. Then we mostly pick something to watch on TV to kill the time. And on a side note I didn’t do so great at my New Year resolutions but by the end I stopped using my credit card so that was one. Lol And around January 28th I started writing in a journal daily so I don’t have much written down before that.
I did write a poem
Help me Lord:

I feel a pressure I can’t explain
In my heart that’s full of rain
It builds up until it pours

Tears stream down my cheeks
For I cannot speak
My heart is heavy

As I lay on my side
I just wanted to hide
From the world around me

Then I got on my knees
To say “help me, Lord, please
Take these burdens from me”

As I finished my prayer
I thought that was all I could bare
When I struggled for air

The Lords I my rock
When I couldn’t talk
All I had to do was knock

Also I went to a dentist that I now LOVE, Almond Dental. I went to my kinesiology lady again and as always it is always an eye opening experience! I got my first Scentsy order from my sister Jessica.

February- I got pulled over by a motorcycle cop for apparently not stopping for 3 seconds at a stop sign. (I’m pretty sure I stopped for 3 seconds at least) Spencer and I got the computer game Roller Coaster Tycoon on our laptops! I bought about 100 books from a Charlotte a family friend, so that will keep me busy. Spencer had his 24 birthday. Whitney Houston passed away, that was kind of crazy. I locked my keys in my car…but was able to borrow Jessica’s car and get the spare key. We got more bookshelves and an ottoman for our living room. I went to Tooele with my sister & and mom to see the Food Nanny.

March- In March we have 3 birthdays so while we were together for those birthdays we took a Nielsen Family picture! We finally bought our own vacuum! For my 21stbirthday I got tickets to the Kelly Clarkson concert!!! I took my friend Channelle and we had a BLAST! We sang along to every single song and I didn’t ever want it to end! Best experience I’ve ever had. I went and saw the “Snake house” in Idaho and EW!!! One snake slithered past my feet and I screamed and ran to the car. At the end of March my jaw started hurting really bad and my jaw was always out of whack but didn’t start hurting until now. So I ended up going to see a jaw specialist and found out I have TMJ Disorder so they recommended me to do a few things and wear a jaw splint at night. It cost WAY too much money (but on a side note my jaw is a lot better but probably won’t ever be 100% better)

April- Spencer and I signed up for Disney Movie Rewards to grow our Disney movie collection! We got the opportunity one night to go clean the Salt Lake City Temple, it was a wonderful experience! Another old computer game we downloaded was Sims 3! On the 18th we went to Celtic Women concert that was amazing!

May- My best friend Suki got married in the Salt Lake Temple to Ryan and I was able to attend and help out, beautiful! I decided to join Twitter again. Spencer’s parents bought us a Disney puzzle and we finished it in 2 days, I love it! I started working out a little bit and actually liked doing it.

June- For our 1year anniversary we went to Park City for an extended weekend. We stayed at Silver King Hotel. Our room was double the size of our place. There was a hot tub in there & 2 bathrooms. We also had two TV’s and a washer and dryer. I wish we really lived there. Then we walked Main Street for awhile in and out of stores. We took a short dip in the swimming pool and tried out the sauna. Then we got mini blue bunny ice cream and watched some TV shows on our big TV! We then drove to Evanston Wyoming for a little trip and then headed back to Salt Lake. Spencer and I played Band hero together; he would play the guitar and I would sing the music. Our car battery died when we went to see a movie in the theaters that happens sometimes. I started watching Jessie, a show on Disney Channel and watched Suite life on Deck! I dyed my hair red! lol

July- On 4thof July we celebrated with family but never ended up seeing any Fireworks. I started watching a good show called Roswell. I took pictures for my friend Quincy’s wedding. I started doing my hair more and my make up every day. “Your clothes should be tight enough to show you’re a woman, but loose enough to show you’re a lady.” – Marilyn Monroe. I also worked out on and off again in the mornings. Our 2nd nephew Mason; on the Peacock side arrived on the 31st!

August- Spencer& I went to this little Disney musical concert in Park City. I got off birth control this month and we started trying for a baby. At work we had a little Lagoon party but we didn’t stay to really ride any rides. Our 3rdnephew Lucas; on the Peacock side arrived on the 8th! Someone broke into our car, didn’t steal anything because well there isn’t anything worth stealing in our car but it was still a scary moment. We went to Jungle Jims with Jessica & J and I felt like a little kid, it was so much fun! I then became THE nursery leader for church. My dad retired from the Navy/Seabee on his birthday. I had my first breakdown over a stressful calling. We went on a plane to CHICAGO and rented a car to drive to Iowa to see the Nielsen& Tripp families. Then we came back to Chicago and I got a yeast infection.

September- I went to the ER in Chicago to get a prescription for my infection. Then luckily I felt better and we could finally do some sight seeing with Steve Salisbury! We learned how to ride a Segway, we saw the Willis Tower up high, went to a museum, and saw the cloud gate aka the bean. “Nobody has your eyes. They can look at the exact same thing & could never see what you see.” – Debby Ryan. Then I watched The X Factor show. We watched Cache for a weekend and had lots of fun with him. On the 24th I found out I was pregnant! For the weekend we went to Bryce Canyon to camp and hike with the in-laws. My grandpa Nielsen passed away.

October- Two new temples are coming in Arizona & Peru. And now guys can serve missions at age 18 and girls can serve at age 19. Our ward boundaries changed so we are now going to the 10th ward on Sunday’s. On the 17th we told everyone that we were expecting our first baby and that we were calling the baby Squirt until we knew the gender. And our Due Date is June 1st2013. I am in the nuMOM2b study for new mothers. I took Caidan’s engagement pictures this month.

November- I voted in the presidential election! Obama was re-elected as our President. We got a Neopet on a website. And my sister had her baby shower. I got second place in Cheri’s book contest and got a few books and things for Christmas! I heard Squirt’s little fast heartbeat this month. We went to the 100th year of magic for Disney on Ice concert! Hostess is going out of business! We found out our work building will be moving into a bigger building sometime next year. We went to California for Thanksgiving break and all the family was there except for Mike had to stay in Idaho for work. Mason, Lucas, & Logan were getting so big! I got sweet early Christmas gifts from family & my Hypnobirthing book to prepare myself. Spencer and I decided after the baby is born we will be moving in with my parents in Tooele for 6 months to a year to save up money for a home. Grandpa Peacock got married to Susan in the temple (this is both a second marriage for them).

December- We went to the zoo with some family (this is the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve gone this year). We bought our first camcorder! Our first niece Jade; on the Nielsen side was born on the 7th! I got put into Nursery again now in the 10th ward. I did a lot of Old Wives Tale’s on the sex of the baby just for fun. I started feeling Squirt move a little bit and kind of tickle my insides. Had a sleepover with my nephew Jerimiah at our house. Then caught up with my friend Suki who made a BEAUTIFUL drawing of the turtle Squirt from Finding Nemo for me. (if I didn’t mention before she is pregnant too, about 2 weeks behind me). We went to Tooele for Christmas and the whole family was there! We both got some pretty sweet gifts, one of my favorites is the game Bop it! I now have swollen ankles from my pregnancy =[ But so far it’s been a pretty adventurous 2012 and on the 2nd of January we will know if Squirt is a boy/girl and we are super excited! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Other- I’ve had a lot of my friends get married, and have babies and I would just like to congratulate everyone right here! Congrats! There are just too many to remember and I don’t want to forget anyone but I have listed a few specific people up above.
