Red Lipstick

Tuesday evening-
Work wasn’t too bad; it actually went by fairly fast for a long day. After work I picked up Bree from frontrunner. Spencer made Beef Stew in the Crockpot for us so we ate dinner and watched some Lord of the Rings. Afterwards Bree and I stopped at Smiths to get a few cheaper snacks for the movies. We went to see “What to expect when you’re expecting”. It was a fairly cute movie. There were a few moments that were kind of stupid but a lot was pretty funny. It just made me want a baby even more though lol
Bree and I went to the frontrunner and sat and talked for a little bit before she had to get back on the train. It was nice that she came down so we could hang out for a little while.
When I got home Spencer and I relaxed for a little bit. I did a few things online and went to be around 11pm.

Wednesday-
I slept fairly well for the most part! Today starts the workout day with Suki. I got up around 7am and ate a small snack, drank water and started to stretch. Then I did a 30 minute Turbo Fire workout. Afterwards I slowly stretched and ate some breakfast and drank some more water. There are a few strength things for my thighs and abs I want to try but maybe those are things I will do at home in the evening because they don’t make you super sweaty. =] I had to tell myself out loud “you can do it, come on!” Now I’m glad I did it. After awhile I decided that if I help other people reach their goals then I will probably reach my goals too. But if I don’t have a lot of people following my then it won’t work out so well. 1. Workout 4-5 times a week depending on you’re schedule and everything
2. Take a picture after every work out
3. Pick a song for that day that motivates you to change or quote
4. Smile as much as possible

My goal: To get fit and in shape (so I’m not out of breathe walking up a hill for example) for when I get pregnant and if I get pregnant before that, then I will just do my best to keep moving by walking or pregnant Pilates. =]

I was talking to Spencer a little last night and realized something. Lately I’ve been doing my hair, and my make up. I’ve been trying new things and new looks. I think that I’m finally trying to be the person I’ve wanted to be. I’ve been this shy comfortable girl and now I want to open up and finally be me! I want to be classy, kind, happy, and adventurous! I’ve been trying new hair idea, new make up looks, and wanting new styles of clothing. I don’t want to hide behind being shy; I want to be open, friendly, and outgoing. Being who I finally have wanted to be does come at a price. We’ve been saving up for a few things for the future: car, house, kids. If I buy something new every paycheck that’s not going to help us save money for the things above. I want both of these things a lot so I might just have to put off buying new things to be who I want to be for now but maybe try cheaper ways of doing so.

There is a song called “Send it on” by a few Disney characters. It’s a beautiful song; it just makes you want to be this amazing giving person.

I love when I feel different in a good way and I’m positive and motivated, if only these things could stay forever. I will do my best to keep them as LONG as possible!
